  I was looking forward to a mouth watering pizza after ordering online. I walked in to the store and was presented with a dull eyed employee scratching his head. He stood there until I asked about my order, not greeting me or making eye contact. The conversation includes a lot of "um's" on his side, until I finally got the answers I needed.
  I was a little frustrated, so I looked back into the kitchen to see if I could spy my pizza. Unfortunately, I only saw employees working without gloves, touching their faces and then touching the food they were making. Scooping food out of the trays with bare hands. Yeah...
  If I hadn't already paid for my order online I would have cancelled. Health code violations AND bad customer service. Wow.

  I love their bread and garlic sauce! I am not a big fan of their pizza unless it is piping hot, then it's just OK. IMO. I HATE their app for ordering pizza it takes me 30 minutes to get through it all. It is not very user friendly. I've used it twice thinking the second time would be better and it was not.
