  The service was horrible, the lady was rude and the "worker"/12 year old son was always on his phone even when you asked him a question. I don't know what is needed more here better managing or better parenting.

  I feel 1 star is too much, but I can't give any lower. They screwed up the person in front of us order twice and had to remake them, screwed up my two sandwiches three times and had to remake them. The manager taking orders and starting the sandwiches was making the previous sandwich while taking the next order in her head and could not get it right. After the third time messing it up she told me it's because they sent their third person home because it wasn't busy, which to me is a lousy excuse for screwing up orders that bad. I would much rather them take the time to get the sandwich right while I wait then have them start over 3 times. If you find yourself in this restaurant leave! There's a Subway right next to it.
